Fall’s come early for Anderson’s Carolina Bauernhaus and Greenville’s Brewery 85, which will release their collaborative golden sour brewed with local apples and spices this weekend.
Part of the fun of thriving craft beer scene are the collaborations breweries sometimes cook up together. Recently, brewers from four different South Carolina breweries in three different parts of the state came together to concoct their second of four collaborative brews, the latest of which will be hitting taps soon.
Greenville’s Brewery 85 is getting ready to release a new sessionable IPA just in time for the South Carolina summer heat to kick in.
Next up on the release calendar for Greenville’s Brewery 85: A version of their Great Danish Belgian Strong Ale aged in a variety of different bourbon barrels.
The second annual Greenville Craft Beer Week running from April 19-25 will again spotlight the beer and businesses that help make the Upstate city’s craft beer community what it is. And to help kick things off, three new collaborations from the city’s three breweries will be tapped at a special event this Sunday.
