Quest unveils 1st anniversary party tap list
The guys and gals at Quest will be celebrating the brewery’s first anniversary next Saturday, July 19, and are planning to release a slew of new, staff-created beers throughout the day to help keep the good times flowing.
9 SC breweries heading to Sierra Nevada Beer Camp Across America fest
Sierra Nevada is about to set out on the inaugural Beer Camp Across America festival, an ambitious traveling beer extravaganza that invites every craft brewery in the country to participate. The festival will eventually make its way to Sierra Nevada’s new facility in Mills River, NC, and nine South Carolina breweries will be making an appearance at that stop.
Conquest taps 25 different kegs at Green’s Friday
The term “tap takeover” is used a little too liberally these days. Usually when a bar or store hosts one, it’s a handful of a brewery’s year-round releases and one or two special beers, and not something such as Stone’s Most Arrogant Bar party.
But Friday, Columbia’s Piney Grove Green’s location is hosting a true tap takeover from Conquest of 25 beers, including a slew of new one-off releases.
Thomas Creek hosts taproom opening, Cask Night next week
Thomas Creek‘s new taproom has been up and running for a couple of weeks, but the brewery is planning a grand opening celebration next week to coincide with their regular Cask Night event and the inaugural Greenville Craft Beer Week.

Community Tap Fest sells out
For the second year in a row, The Community Tap Craft Beer Festival has sold out all 500 tickets.
The ticket count has been slowly winding down for the past few weeks with only a handful remaining Sunday. The festival officially sold out by the end of the day.
With each passing day, the beer list continues to grow in size and quality, much like with last year’s inaugural festival. Expect it to continue to do so up to the April 5 festival, and expect a few surprises the day of the event.
