Hard to believe it’s already been two years since Swamp Cabbage Brewing Co. opened its doors, but on Saturday, Aug. 21, Columbia’s third production brewery will celebrate its second anniversary with an afternoon-long party.
The brewery first opened in August of 2014 and in the years since has maintained a steady presence in Columbia, as well as becoming the base of operations for Bierkeller, the city’s German-inspired brewing project.
This weekend, Swamp Cabbage will celebrate two years with an anniversary party from 1-8 PM. The brewery will release an anniversary Weizenbock (complete with commemorative anniversary glassware) and bands and food trucks will be on the grounds throughout the afternoon.
