Columbia’s Conquest has begun the process of transitioning many of its releases to a six-pack format with the first batch arriving last week.
Sacred Heart, the brewery’s flagship 7.2% IPA, was the first to transition to the new format. Thomas Creek in Greenville will act as the contract brewer for six-pack releases to help facilitate the larger production until Conquest upgrades to a larger brewhouse. Artemis Blonde and Seven Seas Pale Ale – now a year-round release – are up next with Medusa Stout (which will be renamed due to a trademark issue) also in the works.
Limited and seasonal releases will remain in their current 22 oz. format and will be brewed in Columbia.
