Breweries from South Carolina and beyond are convening in Anderson once again this Saturday for the second annual Carolina BrewHaHa, the city’s first and original craft beer festival, which this year includes an expanded lineup of Palmetto State beer makers.
This year’s festival is taking place Saturday, Sept. 13 at the Anderson County Recycling Center from 2-6 PM. Tickets are still available for $40 or $55 for VIP tickets, which includes access to the event an hour early and a special VIP tent with rare beers. Tickets are available here.
The 2014 edition of the festival includes a wider range of South Carolina breweries, a few of which have opened since last year’s festival. Thomas Creek – a sponsor of the event – Quest, Brewery 85, RJ Rockers, Frothy Beard, Palmetto, Conquest and River Rat will all be representing SC this year, and Anderson’s upcoming Carolina Bauernhaus farmhouse brewery will also have a presence. Regional breweries include Burial, Highland, Terrapin, Foothills and more. A full list of featured breweries can be found here.
Live music, local food vendors, homebrew demonstrations and more are also planned for the event. For more information, visit the BrewHaHa website.
