Thomas Creek‘s new taproom has been up and running for a couple of weeks, but the brewery is planning a grand opening celebration next week to coincide with their regular Cask Night event and the inaugural Greenville Craft Beer Week.
On Tuesday, April 1, Thomas Creek will hold a party to christen the new 11-tap tasting area. And to celebrate, they’ll be moving their monthly Cask Night up a few days and tap three specialty casks that night:
- Deep Water Dopplebock aged on caramel, bourbon and coffee supplied by Due South Coffee;
- Coffee Oatmeal Stout aged on vanilla bean and toasted coconut;
- Honeysuckle Saison (a new collaboration with SouthYeast Labs) aged on a fruit mash sour featuring a local Lactobacillus strain cultivated by SouthYeast.
Of course, all of TC’s regular beers will be available; The Chuck Truck and ASADA will be serving food; and Ole Time Jam will be performing. The fun runs from 5-8 PM
