After teasing an expansion into South Carolina last year, North Carolina’s Natty Greene’s began its Palmetto State launch this week, starting in the Capital City.

Natty Greene’s teases SC distributon
There have been some recent rumblings that Greenboro/Raleigh, NC-based Natty Greene’s Brewing Co. – on the heels of NoDa, Lonerider and others – would be the next North Carolina brewery to begin distributing it its brother to the south. Now, it seems as if those rumors have a little more weight behind them from none other than the brewery itself.
“Hey neighbor, see you soon,” the brewery tweeted on Saturday, followed by an “#SC” hashtag.
Natty Greene’s year-round production includes the Buckshot Amber Ale, Guilford Golden Ale, Southern Pale Ale and Wildflower Witbier. Seasonal releases include a variety of single and double IPAs and other brews. They also produce some pretty damn good sours and other unique styles through their Cellar Series.
