On the eve of their second anniversary last week, Greenville’s Quest Brewing Co. began canning their Ellida IPA, the brewery’s only year-round beer to not yet be packaged.

Ellida is an 82 IBU, 6.9% West Coast-style IPA brewed with Columbus, Falconers Flight and Zythos hops and five malts and named after a mythical Norse ship. The beer is part of Quest’s year-round Legendary Series, which also includes their Smoking Mirror Smoked Porter, Kaldi Imperial Coffee Stout and Golden Fleece BPA.

Ellida joins Kaldi in packs of four 16 oz. cans and is available now at the brewery and soon in Quest’s distribution footprint.
