Charleston’s Revelry Brewing has announced – through what could be described as an equally beautiful and deeply disturbing video – the upcoming release of their first bottled American wild ale, which will also hit taps this weekend.
The video pretty much speaks for itself, so take a second to go watch it.
…
Are you OK? OK.
Prologue is a 6.2% American wild ale that was fermented with Abbey yeast in stainless steel tanks before being transferred to American oak barrels, where it underwent secondary fermentation for eight months thanks to South Carolina-grown peaches. It’ll be on tap both in the Revelry taproom and at Brewvival this coming weekend and is slated to arrive in bottles in the near future. You can catch a glimpse of the artwork in the video which, if you missed it before, can be seen here.
