Another Raleigh brewery is eyeing an expansion into the Palmetto State soon, making it the third from the city to move south.
According to a posting on ProBrewer, Raleigh’s Big Boss Brewing Co. is looking to hire a Charleston-based sales rep as they’ll be expanding into South Carolina in the near future. There’s no timeframe listed as to when Big Boss plans to launch in the state.
Big Boss, established in 2006, brews five year-round releases and a range of seasonals, including their popular Aces & Ates Coffee Stout and Harvest Time Pumpkin Ale. When they arrive, they’ll join fellow Raleigh breweries Lonerider, which launched last year, and Natty Greene’s, which will be arriving in the next few months.
