With everything they’ve done since opening last summer, it’s hard to believe Quest has been open for just more than half a year. They’ve made a big impact at beer festivals, recently completed their statewide expansion and are now on track to check another big item off the to-do list: begin canning their beers.
Quest has made no secret about the fact they planned on canning in the future – one aggressive plan had cans launching alongside Saturday’s Brewvival – but in a post Thursday, Quest announced cans would be available very soon.
The TTB has officially approved their label designs and the first round of cans will arrive at the brewery soon, with the plan being to begin production in March. Retail availability will soon follow. Expect to see Golden Fleece BPA, Smoking Mirror Porter, Ellida IPA and (*swoon*) Kaldi Imperial Coffee Stout all be available in cans soon.
Update: According to Quest, Smoking Mirror and Golden Fleece will be available in 6 packs of 12 oz. cans while Ellida and Kaldi will be in 4 packs of 16 oz. cans.
