The recent announcement that Greenville’s Quest brewery would soon begin distribution outside of the Upstate was met with a lot of excitement, and the brewery isn’t breaking its promise to begin further distribution by the end of October. On Monday, the brewery announced a slew of events for today to help christen the expansion.
Beginning this week, Quest products will be available in the Columbia and Fort Mill markets. Today (Tuesday), Quest’s Don Richardson and Andrew Watts will be in the Capital City to launch the brand. Don will be at Green’s Piney Grove for a tasting from 5-7 PM and then at a launch party at Flying Saucer from 7 PM until. Andrew will be at Morganelli’s in Forest Acres from 5-7 PM and then at World of Beer following that. Liberty’s is also hosting a launch event this evening as well.
Fort Mill beer geeks will have to wait until next Sunday, November 3, to get a taste. A launch event will be held there at The Grapevine beginning at 2 PM.
No details on what beers will be available in those markets, but you can likely expect the core brands. Fingers crossed some of that pumpkin saison makes it out, too. You can find more details about the rollout here.
