Closed for Business tapping special Mexican Cake cask Wednesday
Mexican Cake fever has been in full effect since Westbrook‘s now-annual beer was re-released last week, and Closed for Business is looking to give you more of what you want and then some this week.
On Wednesday, the Charleston bar and restaurant is tapping a special cask of the 10.5% imperial stout, which is brewed with Habanero peppers, cinnamon, vanilla beans and cacao nibs. C4B is putting even more of all those ingredients in this cask. They describe it as “Mexican Cake on Tijuana steroids.”
There will be plenty of other Westbrook brews on tap that night as well, including White Thai, IPA, The Raver, Bearded Farmer: Thomas, Weisse Weisse Baby and Gose.
The cask gets tapped at 6 p.m. and will not last long.
