Greenville’s Thomas Creek has a new arrival: Tres Gringos Barbudos, a hoppy pale lager now available at the brewery.
As the story goes, Thomas Creek brewers were given the chance to create a new recipe for whatever beer what they wanted. And thus Tres Gringos Barbudos (which roughly translates to”three bearded white guys”), a 5% ABV hoppy pale lager with Simcoe, Centennial and Chinook hops was created
Previously available as a special release, the beer has been upgraded to a year-round offering. It was released on tap at the brewery Tuesday, Sept. 13 and should be hitting distribution soon on draft and in bottles (as indicated by the bearded label design up top).
