Less than three months after opening, Bluffton’s Southern Barrel Brewing Co. is already gearing up to can many of its beers and on Monday previewed the packaging for those upcoming releases.

Having opened just this past May, the coastal city’s first brewery has already been working to get its product on shelves. A canning line was purchased recently and the first look at packaging was revealed this week. So far, six canned releases are on deck: Southern Helles Lager, Southern Session IPA, Slippery Slope DIPA, Takeaway IPA, Saison N’on N’on and Harvest Pumpkin. More seasonal and special releases are expected.

The first run of cans are expected to hit as early as next month.
