Charleston is arguably the hub of South Carolina’s booming craft beer scene, and a Charleston-based filmmaker is planning to show what makes the city so great in an upcoming documentary.

Cultured Craft Beer is an upcoming short documentary spotlighting Charleston’s craft breweries and beer scene. Filmmaker Tony Tassarotti plans to focus on “insight from some of the fastest growing breweries, craft stores and brew pubs.”

“After watching this documentary you will see what makes Charleston S.C. an amazing and cultured craft beer community,” Tassarotti writes on the documentary’s Facebook page.

The documentary is currently in production, so there’s no release date yet, but you can follow along with filming on Facebook and Twitter for updates.
