Always the creative types, Westbrook has started letting the individual tastes of their brewers and staff members shine a little more by beginning a new weekly special one-off keg release at the brewery each Tuesday.

Dubbed Brewsday (get it?), the weekly event cycles in a different take on one of Westbrook’s beers available only in the taproom while it lasts. A few weeks ago, Brewsday kicked off with a Pineapple Salsa IPA, followed last week by Orange Cream Frickle, a take on One Claw blended with freshly squeezed oranges and vanilla beans concocted by Westbrook Cellerman Michael Frick.

This week, brewery namesake Morgan Westbrook has dreamed up Lemondrop Elderflower Gose, which blends the brewery’s insanely popular 4% sour with Lemon Drop candies and elderflowers. Expect to see increasingly creative libations in the coming weeks.
