It’s full steam ahead for Columbia’s River Rat Brewery. In the past few weeks, what will likely be the Capital City’s second production brewery has made strides in its goal to be up and running by the end of 2013.
On Tuesday, the brewery posted a couple of photos of the brew house as it’s packed on shipping containers. That equipment is expected to arrive in about two weeks. The brewers has also received their builder’s permit and have also applied for the federal permits necessary to brew. There’s also been work done both inside and outside of the brewery to get things ready.
