Progress continues at Quest

Quest

This week has seemingly been a flurry of activity for Greenville’s Quest Brewing Co. as they inch ever closer to their grand opening.

As they’ve done for months, Andrew and Don have chronicled their construction and growth on the brewery’s Facebook page. Here’s what’s been going on this week:

– On Monday, two shiny new 40-barrel fermenters were delivered, nearly completing the slate of brewing equipment;

– One of their mash tuns was given a lift so a hatch could be installed that will allow the grain to be dumped out instead of having to be scraped out after each use;

– On the aesthetic front, concrete for a front porch was poured, soon to be followed by railings and whatnot;

– New merch arrived recently in the form of hats. Soon, you’ll be able to sport a Quest t-shirt and a Quest hat while drinking Quest beer out of your Quest glass.

Quest is still reportedly on track to open in May.
