Beer will be provided by Dogfish Head, Sierra Nevada and Coast, and the owners of all three breweries will be on hand to rub elbows and talk shop. Exactly what’s on tap hasn’t been announced yet, but Hominy Grill – the much-hyped Charleston eatery providing the food – announced its menu on Monday. It includes:
- Beer-battered French toast with stout syrup and praline bacon;
- Shrimp and brown gravy over grits;
- Green pork and scrambled egg enchiladas with refried beans;
- Sweet potato hash; and
- Cheddar biscuits
All sound like a great way to fight Sunday’s hangover. (Come on. You know you’re gonna have one.)
There are only 100 tickets being sold for the event, but a few remain. Tickets are $45 a pop and include all the food and beer you like. More details can be found here.
