The hops were very present on the older batch. I plan to try them both again in a few months and see if the 2012 settles at all, but the newer batch was very rich and more flavorful with barely a hop bite.

Without actually tasting them, I would’ve assumed the amount of flavor would be reversed – more for 2012 than 2010. I think that’s pretty cool the way it turned out.
